AJ’s philosophy is to walk a mile in your shoes to understand your goals, lifestyle, injuries, priorities and life challenges. As an Exercise Physiologist, AJ will assess your posture to identify alignment and muscle imbalances that contribute to injury or movement constraints.  From here she will take you through a movement analysis to understand your range of motion and to show you how to release your trigger points.  AJ will provide cupping and massage to help fast-track this process. Overlapping this will be an exercise programme to bring your body back into balance ready for strength training to reach your personal goals.

AJ came highly recommended as a PT in 2012.   At that time, I needed AJ to help re-establish my fitness routine, so that I could be my best in my strategic management roles.  AJ's energy is always positive, even at 5.30 am!!!  What impressed me the most was AJ's attentiveness to my goals; whilst balancing what my mind and body needed from session to session.  Her holistic approach allowed me to develop a sense of inner strength. No session was the same and her creativity pushed boundaries that I didn't know were possible! 

In 2019, I started ‘small group training’ with AJ and again her ability to connect and provide some 1:1 for each person was exceptional.  The varying needs of the group did not phase AJ - she simply adapted the session to suit everyone.

 

In 2021, AJ ran a Wellness Workshop for my regional managers.  With over 35 attendees, AJ imparted her knowledge on why, how and what was needed for work-life balance.  Tasks were assigned, ideas brainstormed and action plans made.  The bonus of the workshop was understanding how important posture was to our wellbeing.  Armed with massage balls, we all learnt how to release narley trigger points in our neck and shoulders!
